NATURAL PONDS CONSTRUCTION PHASES

Step 1

Modelling the hole

The Mylago Natural Ponds construction phases, start with the dig. During the dig we proceed directly to the creation of the shape of the bathing pond and all the different depths, including beaches and submerged seats, which will then be finished by hand. Unlike the realization of traditional pools, where you dig a hole larger than the pool, and then, to close the hole you refill it with soil; Mylago technology does not require any such refilling. After completing the hole, the recirculation system is positioned.

Step 2

Laying of a protective geotextile

After positioning all the nozzles needed for a correct operation of the systems, a protective sheet of geotextile material is laid over the dig to protect the EPDM waterproofing sheet from damage due to sharp stones or roots.

Step 3

Laying of a waterproofing sheet

A waterproof sheet of EPDM is laid over the geotextile fabric whose high elasticity accommodates any ground motion, preventing damage and leaks.
In this phase all the nozzles and recirculation system skimmers, are flanged.

Step 4

Laying of the liner

At the end of the Natural Ponds construction phases we have the positioning, above the EPDM, of resin-coated stone layers useful to reinforce the structure.
